The author of the emulator hasn’t yet made the code open source. It’s important to note here, however, that Spine is currently in private development. This goes beyond earlier PlayStation 4 emulation efforts like Orbital - which can’t actually run games - and GPCS4, which remains at an earlier stage of development. In a significant step forward for PlayStation 4 emulation, the Spine emulator received a major update that now allows it to run several hundred commercial PS4 titles.
